FORMS:
Filling out any formularies found in this Website, DOES NOT compromise you in any way in buying any of our services.
After filling the form and sending it, our reservations department will immediately send you an E-Mail with the reservation conditions, availability, rates and the forms of payment.
Once all the specifications are accepted by the customer, then the following proceedings will apply.
RESERVATIONS:
All Hotels, Tours, Airline Tickets, and other reservation services provided by our agency must be paid in full (100%).
Once the deposit has been made, the customer must E-Mail or Fax us the transaction number to fully complete and validate the rendered service/s.
CANCELLING A RESERVATION:
In all cases, without any exceptions, All cancellations must be made and sent in writing by the client, via E-Mail or by Fax.
A written proof of the cancellation will be automatically sent by our program system, either by E-Mail or by Fax.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
A) During “Low Seasons”, and the cancellation is made with more than 72 hours of anticipation, there will be no penalties.
B) During “Low Seasons”, and the cancellation is made with less than 72 hours of anticipation, a one night “No Show” charge will be applied.
C) During “High Seasons” (Carnival, Holly Week, Christmas, New Years and Summer Vacations), and the cancellation is made with more than 15 days of anticipation, a one night “No Show” charge will be applied.
D) During “High Seasons” (Carnival, Holly Week, Christmas, New Years and Summer Vacations), and the cancellation is made between 15 & 7 days, a two nights “No Show” charge will be applied.
E) During “High Seasons” (Carnival, Holly Week, Christmas, New Years and Summer Vacations), and the cancellation is made under 7 days, a full (100%) charge will be applied.
INFORMATION
All the information published in our Website is daily revised to avoid misunderstandings and errors. In the same manner, some information such as hotel rates, tour itineraries, airline ticket prices, are out of our power, and therefore, are subjected to changes without prior warnings.
OTHER GENERAL CONDITIONS
The moment a reservation is confirmed, the client will receive the complete terms and conditions, which will be considered as completely accepted by the client the moment the deposit is made.
